Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour (for gravy)
1 ½ cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 Blend flour and paprika in a shallow dish. Dig the pork hacks in flour, dunk in beaten eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium intensity and broil the pork hacks until brilliant brown and cooked through, around 5 minutes for every side.

For the sauce, liquefy margarine in a similar skillet. Mix in flour to frame a roux, then, at that point, gradually speed in milk. Cook until thickened, add disintegrated bacon, and season with salt and pepper.
